Kohlrabi is really good raw. Just peeled and grated or very finely sliced with a squeeze of lemon. Yum.

Aubergine is good so many ways, but roasted with garlic and a few tomatoes us easy, and very very tasty.

FYI:
Quicksilver has been updated for 10.6 - working pretty well for me on Snow Leopard.

http://www.blacktree.com/ is currently up, Quicksilver menu links to tiennou's 10.6 version (ß58). 'More info' doesn't work though.

I made a twitter account @LoveQuicksilver to big up QS. Let me know if you ever want the bit.ly QS script.

I think this is a very good idea, Tanja. I've decided to try something similar this month. I'm going to try and not make any more scheduled plans (though like you I won't cancel stuff I've already got planned). I shall play things by ear and just see how I feel on any given day. If I feel well enough to do something I'll do it, otherwise not. For the things I do have planned (apart from "official" stuff that's difficult to avoid) I'm going to try and think of them as options rather than obligations. We'll have to see how things go!

Good luck to you with saying "no".
